Closing the month: a four-exchange evidence pack you can actually finish
Scattered CSVs help nobody. Assemble one end-of-month evidence pack from Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget with naming rules and a spot-check script.
Multiple exchanges | the reader's region | the reader's funding currency | fees, access and account safety
Half-finished downloads are worse than no downloads because they create false confidence. When Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget each leave a file in your downloads folder with a generic name, the month quietly becomes unrecoverable. This routine is about finishing: one sitting, four venues, strict file names, a three-trade spot check, and an offline copy. It is operational hygiene, not tax advice, and it assumes you will protect the archive like any other credential-adjacent document.
Block ninety minutes and silence chat apps
Put a calendar hold that is long enough to complete all four venues without multitasking. Close trading screens so you are not tempted to place orders mid-export. Keep a glass of water and a checklist on paper. The point is completion energy, not perfectionism about spreadsheet formatting on day one.
Pull the same four artifact types from every venue
For Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget, collect spot fills, perpetual funding if relevant, deposits, and withdrawals for the calendar month. If a venue splits files, keep the splits but prefix every file with venue-year-month. Screenshot filter settings when the UI makes ranges easy to mis-set. Prefer official downloads over retyping rows.
Run a three-trade spot check per venue
Pick three trades you remember and confirm they exist with plausible timestamps and sizes. If any are missing, re-export immediately. Also mark internal transfers between your own accounts in a side note so later readers do not invent stories about those movements.
Ship the pack to encrypted storage before you celebrate
Copy the month folder to encrypted disk or a locked vault. Remove the loose originals from the downloads directory so duplicates do not confuse next month. Restrict sharing links. If a venue account may close someday, this pack is the history you still control.
Add a one-line retrospective
Write one sentence about what broke this month: a missing funding export, a renamed menu, a skipped venue. That sentence becomes next month’s starting warning. Over a quarter you will see which venue consistently wastes time and can adjust the checklist order accordingly.

Digital assets are volatile and derivatives can amplify losses. This website has no login, wallet connection, deposit form or customer-support chat. A referral link only records attribution; it does not guarantee access, pricing, rewards, approval or investment results. Availability can differ by residence, legal entity and product, so no regional access is assumed from language or branding alone.
Scenario checkpoint
- Reserve a single uninterrupted block to finish all four venue exports.
- Collect fills, funding, deposits, and withdrawals with venue-year-month names.
- Spot-check three remembered trades per venue before filing.
- Move the finished pack to encrypted storage and clear loose downloads.
- Write one retrospective sentence to improve the next month’s run.
